Tavares Group Consulting is excited to participate for the third year at the Automotive Industry Action Group’s (AIAG) annual Corporate Responsibility (CR) Summit, next week in Novi, Michigan. This popular event allows corporate responsibility and sustainability professionals in the automotive, heavy industry and technology sectors to network with industry leaders, and gain insight on how innovative companies are tackling current CR and sustainability issues.
Sandra Tavares, Principal, Tavares Group Consulting Inc. will be leading a session at this year’s summit that examines the importance of materiality in sustainability reporting. The presentation will illustrate how a systems approach can be used by organizations, at any level of sustainability integration, to identify their material metrics by incorporating risk assessment and stakeholder concerns, thereby ensuring more meaningful reporting on their environmental and social issues.
