At the beginning of 2017, Tavares Group Consulting Inc. was retained by a large organization in the energy sector to develop a strategy to refine the management of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, and enable them to demonstrate how the program has contributed to their community.
As an ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified organization, the company is familiar with how a management systems approach can be used to manage specific sustainability criteria, such as environment and safety.
